What’s a pre-approval? A cute little letter from a lender/bank saying how much money you are qualified to spend on a home! It does include some other helpful terms to your agent like what kind of loan and down payment percentage! 🤪

Why do I need it? Becauseeee it helps your agent know what you can afford to shop for and what kind of homes to include in your search! Don’t wanna waste anyone’s time !

Most importantly, if we find your dream home and you love it and want to put in offer in on the spot, YOU NEED THE LETTER! Offers are not even going to be considered without proof that you can follow through!🙌🏽
